IFS HPC
Annual recertification according to the IFS HPC Standard (Household & Personal Care) adds transparency to our company processes. In our development & production of safe, compliant and high-quality household and personal care products (scope 1 & 2), we meet the individual requirements of the customer along the entire supply chain. This strengthens customer loyalty, and increases the public’s trust in us on the market.
DIN EN ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP)
SZAIDEL COSMETIC GmbH has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 22716–GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for cosmetics since 2016. “Good Manufacturing Practice” is an instrument of quality assurance when it comes to manufacturing a cosmetic product in a quality which is consistent and can be reproduced. Compliance with the GMP requirements applies to all production stages, for instance, in areas such as personnel, workplace hygiene, technical equipment including monitoring and maintenance, testing of starting materials and end products, as well as the complete documentation of a manufacturing process.
DIN EN ISO 14001
With our planned environmental management certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001, we are making it our goal to supply organizations with guidelines for a joint framework of action in order that we can establish, realize, maintain and continually improve a system for supporting improved environmental management.
EcoVadis
EcoVadis is a certification for the environment & sustainability, and also tackles social topics within a company.
Most recently, we were awarded a silver medal in the sustainability evaluation. This fantastic result means that we are now among the top 25% of the companies evaluated by EcoVadis. This certification represents a universal sustainability scorecard which summarizes the results in four topic areas:
- Environment
- Labor laws & human rights
- Ethics
- Sustainable procurement
NATRUE
The NaTrue seal is a product certification which is recognized worldwide. It is used to identify ingredients for natural and organic cosmetics.The products certified by NaTrue are made up of 100% natural, derived natural and nature identical ingredients. To be awarded in the organic cosmetics level, at least 95% of the natural or derived natural ingredients must come from certified organic cultivation.
RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil)
The goal of the annual RSPO certification is the production & processing of sustainable palm oil. This guarantees that the criteria for processing RSPO-certified palm oil products by one or several of the supply chain models, as laid down in the RSPO certification system for the supply chain, are met.

Forum Rezyklat
In the Forum Rezyklat, an alliance of partners with a focus on recycling, stakeholders from all areas of the circular economy come together. In working together, links are formed in order to develop practical and consumer-oriented solutions for recyclable packaging. As a member of Forum Rezyklat, Szaidel is also committed to increasing the use of recycled materials in packaging. Recycled materials are generated by processing discarded plastic and can be reused to make new packaging.

Through our membership of the IKW (Industrieverband Körperpflege- und Waschmittel e.V., the German Cosmetic, Toiletry, Perfumery and Detergent Association), we benefit from a strong industry network and shared commitment to high standards and sustainability. The association advocates for the interests of its members and provides access to up-to-date information, developments and advice services in the sector. Through our membership, we benefit from the expertise of the association, and participate actively in shaping the sector.
